The 3Com UK User Group was set up in 2001 specifically to help 3Com customers understand the company’s strategic and technical direction for its products. More importantly, it also gives customers the opportunity to influence the strategic and technical direction of the Company.

User Group Meetings

Twice a year the User Group meets to discuss new technologies or technology issues. At these meetings users present their methods for solving a particular problem or issue, which leads to often lively and extremely informative discussions. Also 3Com executives are invited to outline new technological developments, the issues they faced and how they solved them around a chosen subject posted by the User Group. In addition 3Com deliver a short highly focused service or product update, which is intended to keep the User Group current with 3Com developments.
